Menene Karfe?
Karfe shine gami da baƙin ƙarfe kuma babban (babban) abubuwan haɗakarwa shine Carbon. Duk da haka, akwai wasu keɓancewa ga wannan ma'anar kamar ƙarfe marasa tsaka-tsaki (IF) da nau'in bakin karfe na 409 na ferritic, wanda ake ɗaukar carbon azaman ƙazanta.

2. Bakin Karfe:
Bakin ƙarfe ƙarfe ne na gami wanda ya ƙunshi 10.5% Chromium (Mafi ƙarancin). Bakin karfe yana nuna kaddarorin juriya na lalata, saboda samuwar wani siriri mai bakin ciki na Cr2O3 akan saman sa. Wannan Layer kuma ana kiransa da m Layer. Ƙara adadin Chromium zai ƙara ƙara juriya na lalata kayan. ● Bakin Karfe na Ferritic: Ƙarfe na Ferritic sun ƙunshi ƙarfe-Chromium gami da sifofin kristal mai siffar jiki (BCC). Waɗannan su ne gabaɗaya maganadisu kuma ba za a iya taurare su ta hanyar zafi ba amma ana iya ƙarfafa su ta hanyar aikin sanyi.
● Bakin Karfe na Austenitic: Ƙarfe na Austenitic sun fi jure lalata. Ba shi da maganadisu kuma ba za a iya magance shi ba. Gabaɗaya, austenitic steels suna da walƙiya sosai.
Bakin Karfe na Martensitic: Bakin Karfe na Martensitic yana da ƙarfi sosai kuma yana da tauri amma ba mai jure lalata ba kamar sauran azuzuwan biyu. Waɗannan karafa na iya yin injina sosai, maganadisu, kuma ana iya magance zafi.

3. Karfe Karfe
A cikin ƙarfe na ƙarfe, ana amfani da nau'ikan nau'ikan abubuwan haɗin gwiwa, don cimma abubuwan da ake so (ingantacce) kamar walƙiya, ductility, machinability, ƙarfi, ƙarfin ƙarfi da juriya na lalata, da sauransu.

4. Karfe na Kayan aiki
Karfe na kayan aiki suna da babban abun ciki na carbon (0.5% zuwa 1.5%). Babban abun ciki na carbon yana ba da ƙarfi da ƙarfi. Ana amfani da waɗannan karafun galibi don yin kayan aiki kuma su mutu. Karfe na kayan aiki ya ƙunshi nau'ikan tungsten, cobalt, molybdenum, da vanadium don ƙara zafi da juriya, da dorewar ƙarfe.
