Wayar jan ƙarfe, waya ce ta ƙarfe da aka sarrafa daga jan ƙarfe mai yawan tsarkin lantarki, tana da kyakkyawan juriyar wutar lantarki, juriyar zafi, da kuma juriyar tsatsa, wanda hakan ya sa ake amfani da ita sosai a fannoni da dama kamar wutar lantarki, kayan lantarki, sadarwa, da kayan walda.
